The Case of the Missing Email: How a Desperate Move Backfired

In early 2025, I received a legal letter from a lawyer representing John Doe,  a man I had never met or spoken to in person. The letter accused me of writing a fake defamatory and threatening email about him. According to them, I had sent this email eight months earlier, suggesting he had behaved inappropriately during a job interview. They wanted me to sign a document admitting I was guilty, and agreeing to pay an undisclosed amount of penalties. 

But something was very wrong from the start. I sensed it the first time I read it. 

 

The Missing Evidence

The email wasn't attached to the letter. It wasn't even quoted in full. The lawyers only included a few short phrases with no verified sender information, no metadata timestamps, and no proof that I had written it. Some vague allegations of using fake email addresses, Instead of showing me evidence, they actually told me that I "knew what I had done." They actually said that.  That's not how legal cases work. That's just pressure and intimidation. I had no idea what they were talking about. But I had a good idea who exactly was behind it.

 

The Setup

This is my interpretation of events:

In June 2024, L.O. attended a job interview with John Doe. I know this because I coached her on how to pass it. Sometime later, probably around September or October, (after my discard in August 2024) This man received the offending email in his inbox. The email appeared to be from L.O. herself, and in it she accused him of inappropriate behavior during their interview. Seemingly it also threatened to report him to his superiors. The email came from an address he didn't recognize, and I am certain that, when asked, L.O. denied ever writing it.

At this stage L.O. had long been telling everyone that she was being stalked and harassed by some crazy stalker (me). Her smear campaign had begun months before my discard in August of 2024. Like all narcissists, she had painted me as a dangerous, obsessed person, willing to threaten her life, psychopathic and dangerous.  The same stories of abuse she had told to me about every ex boyfriend she's ever had. And about her own male family members.

So when this defamatory email showed up, it fit perfectly with her story. An email threatening John Doe and accusing the man of gross misconduct, supposedly written by her but coming from a fake address? It was so obviously ridiculous that it was easy to blame me, the "crazy stalker." The 60 year old psychopathic monster from Africa.

That's how the setup worked. It seemed believable on the surface. But it was actually a very clever and carefully planned subterfuge. Planned by L.O. far in advance as part of her scheme of revenge for her banning from PIKA. The one she swore she would make me pay for.

At the time she wrote this email (as darcyless) threatening to "Make me pay" she had already begun preparing her revenge on me. This was in response to her being banned from the same Discord Group where she had just managed to get me banned for life with manufactured evidence like a fully narrated video full of lies and distortions. I did not find out Darcy Less meant to be 'without a man' until much later.

 

Her Pattern

I had already seen how she operated. She attempted to do something similar during the hacking in November 2024. She had used my hijacked email account to sign herself up to a porn website called XHamster using her real name hoping it would be seen as "proof" that I was trying to humiliate her and set her up. Unfortunately for her I managed to recover that Gmail account and the activity logs proved that she had signed herself up during the time she and Dom were in control of the account. She did not recon on my recovering the account weeks later. She quickly tried to delete the XHamster account but luckily I was notified and I managed to recover it again. I have since passed the evidence on to the authorities.

She set the fire, threw the box of matches in my direction, then screamed that I was the one setting the flames. A narcissistic False Flag operation.

This email to John Doe followed exactly the same playbook.

She created a fake email address and wrote a message pretending to be me, pretending to be her. Think about that for a moment. She wrote the email as Klaus pretending to be L.O.. Then she sent it to two people: John Doe and herself. One copy to set me up as the obvious bad guy, and one copy to keep as plausible deniability. This wasn't something she did on impulse. It was planned in advance.

She knew she might need something to use against me later. She thought this would be a perfect weapon. A time bomb she could set off whenever she needed it. She has previously threatened me with "Company Lawyers" :

"You and your family will soon face the consequences. While one person may not be able to do much internationally, a company certainly can, and you’ve now drawn the negative attention of several companies."

 

The Perfect Moment

That moment came in early 2025. By then, she had discovered this website project. She knew I was going to tell the truth of what happened and what she did to me.  All the evidence, timelines, recordings, screenshots, all organized to expose her behavior. She couldn't stop the website directly, so she decided to use her secret weapon.  She went to someone with influence and a reputation, someone who had access to legal resources she could employ for her own purposes. Remember, she is only concerned about herself, and will use anyone she can do do her dirty work.

So that's when the "legal letter" appeared in my inbox, a full seven months after the alleged incident.  Sent on John Doe's behalf, but really with her fingerprints all over it. But once again her plan did not quite work out as she had hoped. This often happens with Narcissists, as they have an inflated opinion of their own capabilities. 

 

The Email That Wasn't There

First red flag: the lawyers didn't send me the complete email. They only sent a few selected phrases. No source information, metadata, headers. nothing but vague allegations. No original file. Just fragments and an accusation. Why would they do that? They obviously had the email. They must have, because they quoted parts of it. So why didn't they include the whole thing? 

It's not hard to figure out the answer:

There's only one logical reason to hide the full message: the content actually disproves the thing they're claiming.

 

I believe the lawyers read that email and discovered something profound and inconvenient. The person who wrote it knew too much. Knowing L.O. the way I do I'll bet there were very specific details in the email about what happened in that interview room.... Information that only someone who was actually present could have known. But I wasn't there.  I had been more than 8000 km away, and we had been fighting at the time. I had no way of knowing what was said or done behind closed doors. So this leads me to assume the reason why they won't show me the email is because it's too specific, it has too many details for someone who wasn't there to know about.

There's only one person that would have known all the details: and she was in that room. 

 

The Real Truth

She didn't write the message as herself. She wrote it pretending to be me, pretending to be her. She created an email that was meant to make me look guilty of a vicious attack on an innocent man. But besides it making no sense that I would have any reason to attack this perfect stranger, she made one critical mistake - she included too many details. 

 

And when the lawyers read it, they understood what it really meant. That's why they didn't send me the full email. Because they knew the moment I saw it, I would have asked the one question they couldn't answer:

"How could I have known all those details?"

They were hoping I would never ask that question. They tried to make sure of it. But in doing so they gave the game away, so to speak.

 

The Twist

So what appeared to be evidence against me is actually something completely different. It is a demonstration of just how devious and underhanded this victim playing abuser can be. 

John Doe probably doesn't realize this because he believes her story. He might have wanted to believe her. I know personally how good she is at using your need to protect her for her own purposes. I believed her lies too when she first told me of how all men abuse her.

But the lawyers saw the truth. They saw there was too much detail. And that's exactly why they left out the most important piece of evidence, the actual email. In the end, her clever plan collapsed because she was too clever for her own good. The missing email isn't missing at all. They won't show it because It proves I didn't write it.

“If at any point the actual email or its original source is provided to me, I am willing to review and address it directly. Until then, this is my good-faith reconstruction based on the facts and patterns at hand.”
